½ Onion, Chopped
2 Cups Broccoli
1 ½ Cups Carrots, Chopped

2 TBS Parsley, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 ½ TBS Fresh Ginger, Grated
1 TBS Olive Oil
½ TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ TSP Crushed Red Pepper
½ TSP Turmeric
Directions:
