Chilled Zucchini Pasta


1 Zucchini, Ends Removed

½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

¼ cup Crumbed Reduced-Fat Feta Cheese

¼ cup Finely Chopped Red Onion

1 TBSP Fat-Free Italian Dressing

Using a veggie peeler or veggie spiralizer, peel the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips, similar to fettuccine or spaghetti (depending on your tool). Place strips in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy!
