Greek Eggs


½ Cup Chopped Spinach
¼ Cup Chopped Red Onion
½ Cup Fat-Free Liquid Egg Whites
1 TBSP Diced Tomato
2 TBSP Crumbled Reduced-Fat Feta Cheese
½ TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil

In a non-stick pan on medium heat, cook onions until tender. Add in egg whites and chopped spinach. Once cooked through, transfer to a plate and top with tomato, cheese and basil. Enjoy!
