Healthier Chicken Salad Recipe

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (rotisserie chicken with the skin removed is a great shortcut)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced apple
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lettuce leaves

Combine chicken with yogurt and mix thoroughly. Stir in celery, apple, walnuts and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over lettuce.
