Oven Baked Crispy Chicken


4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Plain Rice Cakes, Crushed
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
2 TBSP Skim Milk
1 TBSP Cornstarch
1 Egg White
1 TSP Salt
½ TSP Pepper
½ TSP Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix in a food processor or thoroughly by hand. Dredge the chicken breasts through the breading mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts)
