Sunny Savory Oats

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Oats
Dash Salt
½ Cup Spinach Leaves, Chopped
2 TSP Sriracha Sauce
1 Egg
1 TSP Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook oats as directed over the stove or in the microwave
  2. Once oats have cooked through, stir in salt and chopped spinach. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce
  3. Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Cook egg sunny-side up and top oatmeal with egg
  4. Break the yolk and add soy sauce to mix with the yolk
  5. Enjoy!
