Ingredients:
1 Cup Cubed Watermelon
1 TBSP Crumbled Reduced-Fat Feta Cheese
⅛ TSP Pepper
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
½ TSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Chopped Basil
Directions:
Place watermelon in a shallow bowl and top with feta and pepper. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and vinegar and garnish with basil. Enjoy!
