Superfood Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 frozen banana, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup baby spinach or kale
½ cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Place almond milk and greens in smoothie and blend for one minute. Add fruit, yogurt and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
